You create storage groups, and then add storage arrays to the groups.
Configuring groups is a two-step procedure.
You first create a group. The storage group defines which drives provide the storage that makes up the volume.
From the Manage page, select Manage Groups Create storage array group.
In the Name field, type a name for the new group.
Select the storage arrays that you want to add to the new group.
Click Create.
You can add one or more storage arrays to a user-created group.
From the main view, select Manage, and then select the group that you want to add storage arrays to.
Select Manage Groups Add storage arrays to group.
Select the storage arrays that you want to add to the group.
Click Add.
